Notes for Servants 

i Review your spiritual life, prayers, fasting, spiritual readings, confession, and communion. i Review your service in relation with preparing the lessons, your relationship with your students and reaching out for them when they do not come to the Sunday School. 

Objectives 

General: Review and emphasize the main theme for this period. 

"God is with His People & God Hates Sin" 

Specific: 

The children will be able to ... 

  1. Review some of the lessons. 
  2. Tell some of the stories. 
  3. Memorize the verses. 

Bible Verse 

Review memorizing the following verses: 

“I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage.” ( Joshua 1:5-6 ) 

“Bless The Lord O my soul and forget not all his benefits.” ( psalm 103:2 ) 

“The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”  ( James 5:16 ) 

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.”  ( John 11:25 )

Teaching Aids 

Prepare all the teaching aids to review as many as possible of the previous lessons. 

(1) Name the lesson to review such as "The Guardian Angel", using the teaching aid as help. 

(2) Ask questions and let the children answer or answer it yourself as part of the review. 

(3) Make sure that children have gained a spiritual growth from the lesson, virtue such as loving one another, and good habits such as staying quiet in church. 

(4) Repeat the same steps with every lesson that you will be able to review based on the available time. 

(5) Remember that we review the spiritual gain for the children more than testing their knowledge.
