Instructions
(1) Review last week's lesson.
(2) Who remembers the verse?
(3) Remind the children about the church occasions for the coming week.
(4) Children should be encouraged to love their brothers and sisters at home and their classmates at school (they should play together.) It is known that the child in his early years is selfish and we want them to show love for others.
Story Time
Once upon a time there were two brothers; one of them was married with children and the other was single. Each one of them had a field and each one of them reaped wheat and made it into a big pile. They both loved each other and one thought that the other needed more money. The elder brother said, "My younger brother needs money to spend on his clothes and be pleased!" Meanwhile, the younger brother said, "My older brother wants to bring up his children and needs money to spend on his family." Each one of them decided to carry some of his wheat to the other because they deeply loved each other.
The eldest brother took some wheat and walked on his tip toes. While he was walking, he prayed, "O Lord, bless my brother." It was night and the moon was shining and everybody was asleep. The oldest brother went to the land and poured the wheat there quietly.
The younger brother did the same thing. He took some wheat from his pile and carried it into his brother's pile. He was very happy and sang: "O Lord, we are all happy." Next morning, they got up and each went to his own barnyard and each found the same amount of wheat as no pile decreased. It looked as if he had not taken anything from it. They were amazed and did not know what happened. They did the same thing each night. One night, while each of them were walking towards the other's barnyard to pour the wheat, they met each other and each one was carrying the wheat. They understood why their piles of wheat did not decrease in their amount. They kissed each other. Their love was deep. They thanked God who filled their hearts with love for each other.
