Once upon a time, there was a man. His name was Jacob and he had 12 sons, the second youngest
sonwasJoseph. Joseph was a very good boy, obeyed his dad, and loved his brothers. Joseph loved God
so much, he used to pray always, especially at bedtime. God loved Joseph very much and gave him nice
dreams.
One night Joseph had a very nice dream, when he woke up in the morning, he told his brothers,
"I dreamed that we were all out in the field (farm) binding up the bundles of corn and my bundle rose and
stood upright while yours gathered around it and bowed down to the ground. "What!" said his brothers.
"Do you think that you will be Pharaoh someday or a ruler over us.?"
The other night Joseph had another beautiful dream, when he woke up in the morning, he told his
father, "I dreamed that the sun and moon and eleven stars were all bowing down before me."
"What is this dream of yours?" His father said. “Are you going to be Pharaoh one day?” His father
wondered.
These nice dreams happened to Joseph because he loved God and he used to pray every night
before he went to sleep. You know what, when Joseph grew up he become the second man after the
Pharaoh.
